Website Privacy & Cookies
Updated September 30, 2026. This notice describes this Coppola Brothers LLC website, its analytics, and your cookie choices.
Website visits
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests needed to deliver and secure this website. Requests can include an IP address, browser information, and the requested address. Your analytics cookie choice does not disable essential website delivery or security.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is currently disabled on this website. When enabled and accepted, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and page navigation. We do not use this configuration for advertising, remarketing, Google Signals, or advertising personalization.
Google tags stay blocked before acceptance and when analytics is declined, wherever you visit from. Acceptance permits page, timing, browser and device information and cookie identifiers to be sent to Google to distinguish visits and sessions. Google also derives approximate location, including city-level information, from the IP address involved in transmitting requests. These identifiers and usage details can be personal data; they are not anonymous merely because they omit your name. Analytics is optional and the website remains usable with either choice.
We use approximate city reports to understand interest in our New Jersey and Florida service areas. Device, browser, operating-system and screen-resolution reports help us prioritize usability and compatibility testing. We intend to assess consented repeat-visitor interest during renovation planning, within the limits of retained events, cookie lifetimes and your choices. These business-level reports are not intended to identify households, infer wealth or treat visits as confirmed inquiries.
We treat an active Global Privacy Control signal as a request to keep optional analytics off, including when a previous acceptance is stored. We save that refusal where browser storage is available, so removing the signal does not restore an earlier acceptance. This is our website’s conservative choice; declining analytics is separate from any statutory right to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not interpret a missing signal as permission. Do Not Track is a different browser setting and does not change these controls.
We do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers or inquiry content in our analytics events. Page events use public page addresses discovered when the website is built and fixed page labels. We accept validated, shared business campaign and creative codes identifying a newsletter edition, marketing effort or business-card link. These codes must not identify individual recipients. Other query values, fragments and visitor-specific advertising click identifiers are discarded. Before loading Google tags, we remove query strings and fragments from the browser address. Private and unrecognized page paths remain excluded from analytics.
We preserve a public referring site’s registered domain while discarding subdomains, credentials, ports, paths, query values and fragments. A domain may identify its publisher. Recognized Google and Bing search origins may be represented by fixed search-provider homepage addresses; Facebook and Instagram use fixed source labels. Private, invalid or unrecognized contexts receive generic labels. No search terms are collected. Optional automatic link, form, search, download, scroll and video events are disabled.
Campaign information stays in page memory while you decide whether to accept analytics. After acceptance, a limited campaign record may be saved in this tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes after a measured page transition, bounded by consent expiry. It contains validated campaign labels or a sanitized public referring domain and receipt/expiry times, without a visitor identifier. It supports continuity during navigation; it does not track you across devices. Declining, withdrawing, an invalid preference or an active Global Privacy Control signal clears this record.
Analytics covers eligible consented activity only. Refusal, delayed acceptance, storage or cookie limits, missing referrers, invalid or missing campaign labels and changes of browser or device create reporting gaps. A full reload after navigating before acceptance may lose campaign context. Google’s first-user and session reports follow their own attribution rules; a later campaign does not necessarily start a new session, and a direct return may retain an earlier source. We do not infer an unknown source or treat a visit as an accepted inquiry.
Your choices and storage
Use “Privacy & cookie settings” in the footer to accept or decline analytics, or to withdraw acceptance. Closing settings or continuing to browse does not grant consent. Withdrawal blocks further analytics and, when the refusal is saved successfully, reloads the page to unload Google tags. If saving fails, analytics stays blocked in the current page and a warning explains how to clear site storage; the refusal has not been saved for future visits. Withdrawal cannot recall a request already sent or erase data already received.
We store your choice, a version number, and an expiry time in your browser under cb.analytics-consent for up to 180 days. This preference is used to remember your privacy choice. Invalid or expired preferences require a new choice. If the browser cannot save a choice, analytics cookie consent remains denied.
The consented campaign record uses cb.analytics-attribution.v1 in session storage. If that optional storage is unavailable, a consented visit can still be measured, but continuity after a reload may be lost.
Declining or withdrawing removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies for this website (_ga and _ga_6DB2DTHYF8). It preserves your privacy preference and unrelated functional storage. Browser privacy settings can also remove cookies and site storage.
Our Google tag requests an analytics-cookie lifetime of up to 180 days without renewing that lifetime on later visits. Browsers may remove or limit cookies sooner. A later visit after expiry, deletion, withdrawal or a change of browser or device may not be recognized as a return visit.
Retention and privacy requests
Our Google Analytics retention settings are 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data, without resetting the user period on new activity. Google applies the user period to key-event data as well. These controls do not limit all aggregated reports, exported copies or browser cookie lifetimes. Website delivery and security records have separate retention controlled through our hosting arrangements. Browser choices do not delete historical records held by us or our providers.
You may contact us using the address below to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing. Joey Coppola coordinates privacy requests, with Frank Coppola as backup and technical assistance from the website administrator. We assess requests under the requirements that apply to you and the information involved. Please do not include sensitive documents in an initial request; we may need proportionate information to verify and locate the relevant records.
Contacting us
The contact page provides email and telephone links, not an inquiry form. Choosing one opens your email or telephone service. Information you send through those services is handled outside this website’s analytics. We do not count those clicks as accepted inquiries.
Providers and privacy questions
Google receives the analytics information described above to provide and maintain Analytics. We have disabled optional account sharing for Google products and services, modeling contributions and business insights, technical support, and business recommendations. Google’s permitted processing still depends on the applicable service terms and settings; disabling optional sharing does not stop the processing needed to provide Analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and Google’s explanation of Analytics data sharing.
Google and Vercel may process information in the United States and other countries. Vercel describes its own processing in its Privacy Notice; processing it performs on our behalf is also governed by the applicable hosting arrangements. These provider notices do not replace our responsibility for the choices and practices described here.
