South Florida Family Oasis
After working with Coppola Brothers on their New Jersey home, these homeowners returned to our team to transform their South Florida residence. With a growing family and a home that regularly welcomes relatives and business associates, they needed more room to host, greater everyday functionality, and spaces that reflected their relaxed, playful style.
Our work combined an addition above the existing garage and along the side of the house with the reconfiguration of existing space, bringing the home to seven bedrooms. The project added 1,452 square feet of new living space and converted an additional 580 square feet of existing garage space into living space. Originally built in 1985, the residence also received an exterior renovation to bring the expanded footprint together as one cohesive home.

Inside, predominantly white spaces were given personality while maintaining a polished setting for entertaining. The completed renovation gives the family room to grow and welcome guests, with the addition and original residence brought together inside and out.
