The team refined the original plans through value engineering to align the scope with the owner’s budget while preserving the project’s vision.
Behind the rustic commercial finishes lies a complex network of underground plumbing, electrical infrastructure, and process piping for heating and cooling the brewing vessels. Extensive concrete work, completed over multiple pours, serves both structural and aesthetic purposes. Custom bar and restroom design completes a space where production and hospitality work together.
